CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER

WELCOME!!!!

The crux of this content is how we can elevate our thinking and behaviour out of the usual patterns that we fall into with communication and into deliberate action that drives us closer to who we want to be at work (and sometimes at home too!).

What you will find on this page is a dedicated place for a video curriculum. You could watch them together with your colleagues and chat in between if there is a natural discussion that emerges, or you can watch them on your own. Either watch one little video a day and space out your learning though deeper reflection on your own reality as you progress,  or just binge it all in one go, it's up to you (you can even watch it double speed if thats how you prefer it)!

You'll also find a workbook that you can either download and print or just use as a prompting set of questions. AND….there is also a pdf of my book Conversations Cteate Growth which I hope you enjoy.

All this is designed to help you become more aware of the decisions you are making and to reflect on whether you are helping or hindering the version of you that you want to be.

I'm excited for you to start becoming more aware of the conversations you're seeing or having. The greatest gift you can give yourself in life is to start to watch yourself, make the unconscious conscious so you can make the micro shifts that keep you in control of yourself and therefore your work and life.

Remember, nothing changes from simply watching, you still have to put the effort in to step into the uncomfortable and do something different with your communication...perhaps speak up more, perhaps listen more....who knows...the communication world is your oyster!I look forward to connecting more, and hearing what impact this program has on shifting your behaviour.
