Future Ready, High Performance Leadership Program
The Future Ready, High Performance Leadership Program is a 12-month group coaching program for cohorts of strong leaders across a business. Structured deliberately with four quarters covering leading self, leading others, and leading strategy, it combines a 360-degree assessment, quarterly workshops, and both group and individual coaching sessions building not just individual capability but a connected leadership community across the organisation. Covering key topics such as developing trust, effective communication, impact, and influence, participants are encouraged to learn, reflect and plan on their leadership and goals. Participants gain deeper self-awareness through a 360-degree assessment and engage in both group and individual coaching sessions alongside their quarterly workshops. The program is a complete Leadership Manifesto and a graduation that invites them to present to and connect with senior leaders. Beyond fostering behavioral change and leadership excellence, this program strengthens connections among key leaders, deepens business insights, and builds a networked leadership community to drive the future of your organisation.
