performance leadership
. Amy guides leadership teams in redefining their focus on
the ‘how’ of working together to boost collective performance.

 
 

When leadership teams spend quality time together we can create the collective leadership patterns we need to lift the performance and engagement of our teams. High performing teams maximise their own collective intelligence, and role model the courageous behaviours they want to see in their organisations. The High Performing Teaming Offsite is an opportunity to understand how to have courageous and compassionate conversations that will continue beyond this powerful day. Participants will create the space to focus on building strong connections while learning how to minimise reactive behaviour.

This online or in-person offsite will establish where you are now as a team, where you want to be and how to get there.

It is ideal for leadership teams who recognise:

The Collective Leadership Assessment™ (CLA)

This is a collective leadership effectiveness microscope/MRI for team and organisational effectiveness. It describes your collective leadership effectiveness against a global norm base and indicates where the most energy for change is in the system. The CLA helps direct you as leaders to where the most critical conversations for effectiveness can be had. It can establish a compelling rationale for change. At it’s heart it focuses development on the context of how collective leadership affects the organisation as a whole.

The CLA is a robust view of current collective leadership effectiveness compared to the desired collective effectiveness and has a huge comparative data set to benchmark and guide.

  • A team mapping on the results of the CLA, the meaning, and the 'gap' between current collective effectiveness and desired instantly reveals opportunities for development. Additionally, the CLA compares your team’s or organisation’s effectiveness against a global database.

  • Powerful exercises to build trust and connection through deeper knowledge and compassion for the humans behind the roles.

  • Commitment to the collective goals on the teaming behaviours that we can hold ourselves and others to account for as inspiring leaders.

  • The creation of shared memories for future connections
