Dr. Amy Silver has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Masters in Forensic Psychiatry, a Masters in Performance and a BSc(Hons) in Psychology. Amy has extra clinical qualifications in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and expertise in mindfulness based and acceptance based talking therapies.
Having worked in forensic psychiatry and teaching at Oxford University she has subsequently delivered her programs in hundreds of workplaces.
